The Vase is beautiful! Wondering, did they give you verification of the value and (although I'm sure you wouldn't do it now) did they offer anywhere to auction it for you?
Think what it will be worth years from now!!
Is this OK for me to ask: if you are signing in as anonymous, is there any way you can give me a hint about who's writing in? It feels weird that I don't know. Or you could make up a funny user name and let me know who you are in an email?
